For women who are already “fine” - but expect GREAT.

The ONLY way to eat, move, and step into your best ERA yet

THE HAPPY BODY PROJECT

I want to get something straight before we go any further .

This is NOT another "eat clean/train mean/be a lean machine" programme where you give up wine, bread, and joy in the name of discipline. Fuck that. You're a grown woman. You've earned the right to enjoy your life.

Pizza on Friday? Sure. Wine with dinner? Obviously. Chocolate when you fancy it? Of course.

The problem isn't the pizza, or the wine.   The problem is the words like:  'I've ruined everything. I'm so bad. I have no willpower'

And the 'OMG I'm so tired of this, I don't even know where to start.'

And then you press the fuck it button - but not in a fun way.

That's the spiral starting.  Nothing to do with discipline. Not your body turning against you. Not because you're doing it wrong.

IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT YOUR BODy's PLAYING BY DIFFERENT RULES, BUT IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX IT & I CAN HELP

The new rules- PERIMENOPAUSE STYLE

HORMONAL CHANGES

Oestrogen is fluctuating — which changes where you store fat, how you regulate temperature, and how stable your mood feels

Progesterone is declining — affecting sleep, anxiety levels and recovery.

Your stress response becomes more sensitive — so cortisol hangs around longer.

METABOLIC CHANGES

Muscle mass is naturally declining -which lowers your metabolic rate if you’re not actively protecting it.

Insulin sensitivity shifts meaning carbs don’t hit the same way they used to.

Undereating + overexercising can now backfire instead of helping.

IDENTITY SHIFTS

The body you used to “understand” suddenly feels unfamiliar.

The habits that used to keep you in control aren’t giving you control anymore.

You don’t feel like yourself — and you’re quietly wondering where she went.Enter your bullet points here..

WHICH IS WHY.............

Weight won't shift from around your middle.

Waking at 4am, mind racing, unable to get back to sleep.

Exhausted by 2pm despite downing coffees like they're going out of fashion.

Starving all the time - even right after eating.

Bloated constantly. Nothing fits. You live in stretchy waistbands.

Moody, snappy, don't recognise the woman biting everyone's head off.

You've found your car keys in te fridge and forgotten your son's name already today.

"I Already Know What To Do, I Just Need More Discipline"

If that were true, you'd have done it already.

You've been trying for how long now?

6 months? Three years? Five years? Longer?

You're not lazy, or lacking willpower. You're a high-functioning woman. You've built a career, raised kids, managed a household, delivered results under pressure.

The problem isn't effort. It's PERFECTIONISM.

When you're "good" - when you're losing weight, following the rules, being disciplined - you feel in control.

You feel worthy. But the minute something goes "off plan" - one meal that wasn't perfect- you feel out of control.

And then it's: "Screw it. I've ruined everything. Nothing's going to work now anyway."

All or nothing.  Perfect or failure.

In control or pressing the fuck it button.

THIS PROGRAMME FIXES THAT.

This Isn't About Weight Loss (Though You'll Lose 1-3 Dress Sizes) - It's About Refusing To Disappear INTO MIDLIFE MEDIOCRITY

Yes, clients come to lose 1-3 dress sizes.

They leave saying: “I came for my body — and my
mindset completely changed.”

That’s the real transformation.

The EATMOVEWIN METHODOLOGY
Most programmes give you a meal plan and some workouts and call it a day.

This is different. It works at the intersection of three pillars -because that’s where change actually sticks.

Based on the latest International Menopause Society white paper on lifestyle medicine—real science, real results

Catherine, 47: You see the weight loss, you don't see the £30k pay rise from the mindset and beliefs work

Helen, 42, see the weight loss, you don't see the the joint aches that disappeared due to her nutrition and movement changes

Lauren, 47: came for weight loss, after doing 'all the right things' for years.  And transformed her ADHD symptoms.

KNOWING WHAT TO DO IS ONE THING

Doing it when:

Sleep is crap

Work explodes

Motivation dip at week 3

The scale goes up or stalls

Old negative thoughts creep back in

That's where most women STOP.

Not because the plan doesn't work

But, because life happens.  And life isn't going to stop lifeing any time soon.

YOU'RE TOO SMART FOR EXCUSES (but you maybe have some)

  • But I Don't Have Time
Life won't get quieter.  Work will always be busy. Your kids will always need you. The question is: When will you matter as much as everyone else? 45 minutes, three times a week for workouts. Five minutes a day (maybe 20 mins for the first week) for check-ins. Optional group call if you want it (which is optional, by the way).

You have time. You've just been putting yourself last for so long you've convinced yourself everyone else matters more.

When will you be worth 45 minutes, three times a week?. And although this is a 90 plan you keep access for 6 months so you can revisit sections when you need to.
  • It's not the right time
When will it be? After the house is done? When the kids are older? When work calms down?

Or will you be 60, looking back overweight, fed up and weak as a kitten, wishing you'd started when you were younger ? There will never be a "perfect" time. There will always be something.

The question is: Are you willing to continue feeling like this for any longer?
  • I can't afford it
Some people genuinely can't even though it's incresdibly affordable. Sometimes it's more, I don't believe it will work. Or, how is this different. Or, I don't believe I'm worth it.

And that? That's the problem we need to fix.

You'll find the money for the car payments. The hairdresser every 6 weeks. The Botox. The breaks. The Friday takeaways. You've earned those things. You deserve them.

But when did you decide you weren't worth the same priority? This isn't about the money. It's about whether you're ready to stop lowering your worth or raise your standards.
  • I want it more personal
Add the coaching group or go full 1:1 with Emma option below and you'll get her eyes on your progress and results with check in's and access to the weekly group coaching call.
  • I already know what to do
Do You Though? Or do you know what worked 10 years ago before perimenopause hit?
Because "eat less, move more" doesn't work on a perimenopausal body Your hormones have changed. Your stress response has changed. Your metabolism has changed.
What you "know" is probably exactly what's keeping you stuck.
You need to UNLEARN what you think you know.
You need to understand what actually works for a 40+ body.
  • It's Just Calories And Exercise, Right?
If it was just calories and exercise, you'd have figured it out by now.
You're smart. So why hasn't this worked?
Because it's NOT just calories and exercise.
    It's hormones. It's stress. It's sleep. It's gut health. It's cortisol. It's your all-or-nothing mindset. It's your limiting beliefs. It's all connected.
And until you understand that, you'll keep spinning your wheels.
    You'll keep blaming yourself.
You'll keep thinking "I just need more willpower."
    And you'll stay stuck.
  • When's the starting date?
This is not a group coaching programme, so you can start anytime in the next 4 weeks, as long as it's a Monday (that's due to some technical limitations-you just select the date on your enrollment form.  Your programme is drip fed to you over 90 days but you have access for 6 months to complete it.

THE STORY YOU DIDN'T ASK FOR BUT I'M SHARING ANYWAY.

At 34, I had a corporate job, a toddler, and pregnancy weight I couldn't shift no matter what I tried.

One morning, I put on a frumpy McKays blouse - you know the type, the kind your mum would wear - and I just... broke.

I stood there crying. Not because I needed to lose weight. Not because the blouse was ugly.

But because I didn't want to become that invisible, frumpy mum with no spark.

I was meek. Lacking in confidence.

The spark had gone from me. The strut had gone from me. I was sad and boring and invisible. And I kind of wanted to feel invisible because I didn't like what I looked like either.

I was just... fat and fed up.

And then, in that moment, I had absolute clarity:

Fuck this. I did not like who I was becoming.

So I did what you're probably doing right now.

I Googled "how to lose weight properly."

I found some 5-day nutrition course (can't even remember who ran it, to be honest).

And that's when the lightbulb went off: It wasn't just food and calories.

It wasn't just exercise.

It wasn't just thinking differently.

It was ALL of it. Connected. Hormones. Stress. Sleep. Gut health. Mindset. Everything.

That "oh FUCK, THAT'S why nothing's been working" moment changed everything.

I started exercising properly. Lifting weights properly.

Understanding my body properly.  And quelle surprise, it worked.

And then I went all in - got my nutrition qualifications, my personal training qualifications, my postgrad in behaviour change.

Nearly a decade later, I specialise in coaching women through perimenopause.

I'm a qualified nutrition coach, personal trainer, and hold a postgraduate degree in behaviour change.

But more than that? I refuse to let women disappear. My vision is simple: Women living happily and healthily in their own skin, refusing invisibility, proving the next phase can be better than the first.

You didn't come this far to settle for midlife mediocrity. Grab life by the labia and show the world what we're made of.
