Pizza on Friday? Sure. Wine with dinner? Obviously. Chocolate when you fancy it? Of course.
The problem isn't the pizza, or the wine. The problem is the words like: 'I've ruined everything. I'm so bad. I have no willpower'
And the 'OMG I'm so tired of this, I don't even know where to start.'
And then you press the fuck it button - but not in a fun way.
That's the spiral starting. Nothing to do with discipline. Not your body turning against you. Not because you're doing it wrong.
